SURGEON pencil S

SURGEON pencil S adds a few news to the classic unipolar handpiece controls button. Designed to be sterilized in an autoclave at 134 ° C for a maximum of 100 times, the pencil, with its only 30g of weight was great attention to detail giving the surgeon the ultimate in comfort and performance.

HANDY

Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine can count on a new medical device, for a non-invasive microsurgery, called HANDY. HANDY, exploiting the ionisation of gases present in the air, creates a little electric arc able to restore tonicity to the tissues. That principle takes place when the tip of the electrode is close enough to the skin, without never touching it. Compared to the traditional surgery, HANDY makes the treatments easier and the recovery time faster.

SURTRON LASER

SURTRON LASER is a medical laser developed for surgery procedure. It supplies 8W power through a 976nm fiber, making it ideal for a precise surgery. In particular per incision, excision, resection, alation, vaporization, coagulation and hemostasias.

X IMPLANT

The X IMPLANT attacks the biofilm that forms around dental implants, its purpose is to de-escalate the onset of “implant disease” which is also known as peri-implantitis. Peri-implantitis manifests itself with an initial phase, called mucositis as well as a more advanced phase called frank peri-implantitis.

Specialized in the design and production of medical electronic equipment, all the activities of LED SpA are carried out in its laboratories spread over a surface of 3500 square metres.

Founded by Aldo Mauti in 1982 in Rome, initially the production of LED SpA was mainly focused on creating electrosurgical and some equipment for physiotherapy. The market was limited to Italy. LED territory has reached a broad consensus in the field using innovative processing methods, but always linked to the Italian tradition.

The designed equipment currently in production comprehend:

-High frequency electro-surgical equipment including models able to supply an output power from 50W to 400W for applications using monopolar or bipolar methods, simultaneous or alternative supplier duct and emission of continuous or cycle timer power.

– Medical electro-physiotherapy equipment including current generators of low and medium frequency, ultrasounds, pulsed magnetic fields, laser light

-Equipment for aesthetics, electro-stimulating medicine, linf draining pressure, electrolipolitic, lipoclastic ultrasounds

-Aesthetics equipment suitable for: depilation, body’s aesthetic modelling

A spread out IT management network is used in all the activities in order to make them highly reproducible, reliable and secure.

Planning activity of electronic circuits and their production, both hardware and software, is made with the aid of CAD and CAE. The most updated elements selected are used in the planning stage and their quality are guaranteed through a careful qualification of the components and their suppliers. The electronic circuits are planned to be made through components assembled on the top, mounted through automatic machines and assuring the maximum reliability and the restraining of the production cost. Each production portion undergoes to many control and testing levels, including the used components’ acceptance test, the intermediate testing and the following three final tests: functionality control, acceptance test and quality test.

As well as the design, manufacture and marketing of medical electronic equipment under its own brand, the LED activity SpA is directed to the service of other organizations or companies for whom it is able to design and produce new equipments. LED SpA make available to the customers its experience from initial definition to the achievement of prefix goals.
